BREAD & BUTTER
Ryerson Artspace Annual Fundraiser
Opening Reception: Thursday, November 29th, 2018 | 7-10pm.
Exhibition Run: November 29th – December 16th
Bread & Butter is Ryerson Artspace’s annual fundraising exhibition. Featuring work by Ryerson students, faculty and alumni, the event supports emerging artist grants and the programming of our exhibitions throughout the year.
This year’s event includes work by Robert Burley, Alia Youssef, Zinnia Naqvi, Vid Ingelevics, Blake Fitzpatrick and a long list of wonderful Ryerson students, alumni and faculty. We are thrilled to be releasing a set of 100% silk scarves featuring the work of Annie Macdonell, Sara Angelucci, Rafael Ochoa and Robyn Cumming.
We continue to offer tickets for our yearly raffle with prizes from Toronto Image Works, Akasha Art Projects, Stephen Bulger Gallery, TIFF, The Canada Opera Company, The Power Plant, AGO and many more. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase in the IMA lobby leading up to the event and at the opening reception until the end of the night. Winners will be contacted the week after the opening.
In addition to the raffle prizes we will be featuring a new set of tote bags, many artist-made objects and our popular holiday card collection. Holiday cards are 1 for $1.50 and 10 for $12
Admission to Bread & Butter is free. The venue is wheelchair accessible and offers gender neutral washrooms.
